Submission Guidelines

Please submit Abstracts of no more than 250 words, including keywords. The abstracts should align with one of the conference sub-themes. We welcome submissions for conceptual and theoretical papers, empirical research papers, panel discussions, and artistic performances such as poetry, music, and drama. A pre-conference master class on climate change will be another key highlight. Presentations will be conducted in a physical plenary format, as a poster presentation, or virtually.

Abstract Requirements

1. Purpose: Clearly state the objectives of your paper or performance.
2. Methodology/Approach: Describe the methodology or creative approach.
3. Key Findings: Summarize the key findings or expected findings and conclusions.
4. Artistic Performances: Provide a short synopsis of the performance to the conference themes

Include a brief biography (not more than 150 words) for each contributing author.

Statement on AI

Daystar University does not support the use of generative AI tools for preparing abstracts for our conferences. The university emphasizes the importance of originality, integrity, and transparency in academic work. If an author uses a generative AI tool for their abstract, they must include a statement that specifies: 

1. the name of the AI tool used, 
2. how it was used; and 
3. the reason for its use. 

Failure to disclose this information may impact the evaluation and acceptance of the submission.
