Dr. Daniel Muvengi

Daniel Muvengi (PhD) is a seasoned international development expert and leader with over 30 years of experience cutting across the Africa continent and beyond. He currently serves with World Vision International as a Regional Director for Faith & Development, spearheading the synergy between faith and transformational development with demonstrated impact. Daniel's key specialisations are in strategic leadership, faith and development and people empowerment.  Dr. Daniel has authored several articles, and contributed to several books related to development and children.  He is also a certified Human Resources Practitioner  and also a Facilitator and leadership Coach. He is also an accomplished speaker in international conferences. He brings a rich experience in Church leadership and leadership development for the rural pastors. Daniel holds a PhD (North-West University-SA), MBA (Don Bosco University-India), MA (University of Leeds-UK- Theology & Development), BA (Egerton University-Kenya-Sociology) and Post-Graduate certificates from University of Johannesburg (Wits) and a Higher National Diploma on Strategic Human Resources (IPM). He is currently working on a post Graduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy (Geneva). Daniel is married to Dr. Christine Mutua and both are blessed with 3 children (2 young adults and 1 teenager). Dr. Daniel sits in several boards of pan africa organisations and is consumed by the vision of the "Africa God Wants" in the coming decades!
