Rev. Dr. Patrick Musembi, PhD, MA, M.Div., BA

Dr. Musembi, is an ordained clergy and the Founder of the Peace and International Studies Department at Daystar University. He currently serves as the Dean of the School of Arts and Social Sciences. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Peace and Conflict Studies from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, a Master of Divinity from Africa International
University, and a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and International Relations from Catholic University of East Africa.

Dr. Musembi’s research interests span various areas, including human security, armed violence reduction, peacebuilding, and reconciliation, as well as gender equality and inclusive societies.
